The cybersecurity landscape is shifting. Threats now move faster, strike deeper, and target the very infrastructure that powers modern connectivity. In response, WINS Technet Co., Ltd. has steadily positioned itself as a veteran force in South Korea’s defense sector, now extending its next-generation threat management expertise to global markets.

Founded in 1996 and publicly listed on KOSDAQ since 2003, WINS Technet brings decades of security engineering expertise to Japan through SNIPER TMS-Plus, a telecom-proven integrated security platform designed for large-scale, real-time threat response.

From powering Korea’s first 5G infrastructure with 100G IPS deployments to securing Japan’s leading telecom carriers, WINS Technet combines deep domain knowledge with high-throughput, AI-enhanced cybersecurity solutions—all while expanding globally through cloud-based services and strategic collaborations.

SNIPER TMS-Plus: Integrated Threat Management at Scale

SNIPER TMS-Plus SECaaS is a cloud-compatible, all-in-one threat management solution engineered for high-volume, real-time environments. Built on WINS Technet’s proprietary SNIPER security engine, the system is designed to support telecom carriers, public agencies, and global enterprises that require advanced control, visibility, and automation.

Key Capabilities:

  • Real-Time Profiling: Uses streaming data pipelines to detect and analyze threats the moment they occur. Hence, it minimizes dwell time and improves responsiveness.
  • High-Speed Search & Correlation: Equipped with an internal search engine, SNIPER TMS-Plus enables ultra-fast scanning of event logs, attack patterns, and vulnerability databases.
  • TMS Centralization: Consolidates security policies, pattern updates, and intrusion event management across multi-device SNIPER deployments (NGFW, IPS, APT).
  • Multi-System Interlocking: Seamlessly integrates with external control systems and security platforms via SNORT/YARA rule management, and government-grade threat feeds.

This holistic platform provides streamlined ticketing, alarm escalation, and threat intelligence delivery, ensuring administrators can act fast with context-rich data and automated workflows.

Trusted by Japan’s Telecom Giants for Over Two Decades

WINS Technet entered the Japanese market in 2002 and has since secured contracts with some of the country’s most demanding infrastructure clients, including NTT Docomo, Fujitsu, Canon, Japan Post Co., and Hitachi.

Its products—including 100G IPS systems and SNIPER TMS-Plus—have been deployed across core telecom infrastructure, ensuring real-time protection and high-availability defense against DDoS, APTs, and evolving zero-day threats.

In 2024, WINS Technet reported overseas revenue of approximately ¥666 million JPY (~$4.63 million USD), with continued growth projected through the expansion of its cloud-based security products and localized service offerings in Japan.

The company is now offering reseller programs, exclusive distribution agreements, and joint promotions to scale further with Japanese security integrators and cloud partners.

Certified Excellence in High-Speed Security

WINS Technet has been awarded the 10 Million Dollar Export Tower Award and selected as a World Class 300 company in the software sector—recognizing both its export competitiveness and innovation in information security.

As the only Korean cybersecurity vendor supplying IPS technology to both domestic and Japanese telecom operators, the company stands out for its:

  • Development of Korea’s first 40G and 100G intrusion prevention systems
  • Strategic Goods Compliance (AAA grade)
  • Early commercialization of 5G security infrastructure
  • Expansion into cloud security, managed services, and security consulting since 2020

Backed by this infrastructure-grade foundation, WINS Technet now offers integrated services spanning from on-prem deployments to full-lifecycle cloud infrastructure protection—all aligned with modern digital transformation needs.

Enabling Japan’s Cyber Resilience with Trusted Telecom-Grade Defense

In an era where infrastructure-scale attacks demand instant, intelligent response, WINS Technet delivers a cybersecurity solution built not just for performance—but for national-level reliability.

With SNIPER TMS-Plus, Japanese partners gain access to a platform that has long safeguarded telecom carriers and public institutions across Asia. Behind it lies more than two decades of R&D, field-proven threat detection, and automated response systems—refined through real-world deployments in environments where downtime is not an option.

Now, as Japan strengthens its cloud infrastructure and digital backbone, WINS Technet further brings telecom-grade security capabilities that meet the country’s growing need for scale, speed, and sovereign-level threat defense.
