In a move set to redefine the landscape of pet healthcare, Korean startup AIForPet, a company specializing in innovative solutions for pet wellness, announced its strategic partnership with Proxi Healthcare, a leader in cutting-edge bio and healthcare technologies. This collaboration aims to leverage Proxi Healthcare’s world-class microcurrent technology and AIForPet’s extensive sales and marketing capabilities to propel advancements in the global pet healthcare market.
Established in 2020, AIForPet has been revolutionizing pet care with its flagship product, ‘TT Care,’ a comprehensive healthcare app designed for pets. Through TT Care, pet owners can capture images of their pets’ eyes, skin, and behavior, which are then analyzed by AI algorithms to detect any abnormal signs related to diseases. Moreover, the app facilitates real-time consultations with veterinarians, ensuring prompt and efficient care for pets.
Proxi Healthcare, founded in 2019, has made significant strides in various fields such as oral care, beauty care, and medical devices by harnessing proprietary microcurrent technology. Notably, the company developed the ‘Tromatz Wave’ technology, which utilizes microcurrents to effectively remove biofilms without posing harm to the human body or the environment.
Expanding Access to Advanced Pet Healthcare Solutions
Under the terms of the partnership agreement, AIForPet and Proxi Healthcare will collaborate on researching and developing new products utilizing microcurrent technology. Additionally, both companies will work together on clinical trials, global distribution, and marketing initiatives to accelerate their penetration into the pet healthcare market.
Commenting on the strategic partnership, CEO of AIForPet, Eun-ah Heo, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering innovative pet healthcare solutions. “Recently, many companies, including the pharmaceutical industry, have identified the pet healthcare industry as a major growth engine. AIForPeT plans to further solidify its position in the pet care market by introducing a variety of products based on advanced technology,” Eun-ah Heo said.
This collaboration follows AIForPet’s previous strategic agreements, including a partnership with Neoken Bio Co., Ltd., aimed at developing pet nutrition and related products utilizing high-quality cannabidiol (CBD) extracted from medical cannabis. AIForPet also secured a strategic partnership with the American pet platform, Angel Paw earlier this year.
