MEDIAIPLUS, a global clinical trial information platform, will participate in Viva Technology 2023, a technology fair for ICT-based startups held in Paris, France, from June 14 to 17.
Viva Technology is a global technology exhibition that has been held in France since 2016, and it is a gathering place for startups, investors, corporations, and governments to explore technological innovations and trends and share insights. This year, Korea will be participating as the “Country of the Year”, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups is operating a “K-Startup” hall with 45 domestic startups.
MEDIAIPLUS will be participating in the Viva Technology 2023 at the “K-Startup” hall and operate an exhibition booth.
At this event, MEDIAIPLUS will introduce FiCRO, a matching solution with a clinical research organization (CRO). The company developed a big-data-based digital platform that helps the search for clinical trial organizations. Through the platform, the users can matches with appropriate CRO that meets their detailed requirements based on a digital request for proposal.
In addition, the company plans to present MediC, an AI-based service which calculates the similarity between data and clinical trials, and predicts key keywords based on domestic and international clinical trial data. The main target customers are pharmaceutical and bio companies preparing for their clinical trials, and clinical trial consignment institutions. By participating in Viva Technology, MEDIAIPLUS plans to expand its business for the global pharmaceutical and bio market.
Jeong Ji-hee, CEO of MEDIAIPLUS, said, “It is meaningful for us to participate in the year that Korea was selected as the country of the year at this event. At this exhibition, we will introduce our services by meetings with potential clients such as global pharmaceutical and bio ventures and CROs, and actively participate in various meetings for our growth opportunity.”
MEDIAIPLUS’ CEO Jung Ji-hee founded the company in 2019 to solve a bottleneck issue in the clinical trial preparation stage, based on her experience working as a medical science liaison at a global pharmaceutical company. The company recently developed FiCRO and MediC and has moved its office to Pangyo Techno Valley.
