Korean content services are seeing significant growth in their services worldwide. Korean content startups see benefits in synchronized synergies for more progress and sustained success.‘Flitto,’ a language big data and professional translation service startup, and VideoMonster, an online video automatic production solution company, announced their joint partnership to enhance K-Content services.

VideoMonster provides video production solutions based on the largest number of templates in Korea and aims to enter the global market in the second half of this year. With this agreement, Flitto and Video Monster plan to develop new businesses and conduct network sharing and joint marketing to diversify domestic and overseas services.

Partnership to provide language & video services

Flitto CEO Lee Jung-soo said, “With the growth of K-content, domestic large entertainment companies and individual entrepreneurs and creators are growing rapidly, so the need for a high-quality multilingual translation reflects local culture and trends is increasing. We expect that Flitto’s multilingual professional translation competitiveness and Video Monster’s network will create good synergy in expanding the global business of both companies.”

Video Monster CEO Jeon Dong-hyeok said, “We look forward to meeting Flitto and corporate customers’ demand for translation and subtitle production and video production, and to lead the role of reducing difficulties and inconveniences in content production.”

Flitto has already signed contracts with large domestic webtoon and web novel platform operators such as Lezhin Entertainment to provide multilingual translation services and is also in charge of translating subtitles for famous YouTubers.

In addition to the AI ​​translation service based on language big data, the ‘Linguist Lab,’ composed of the best professional translators, will provide natural translations that utilize local culture and emotions, thereby supporting the overseas export of contents by domestic companies and individuals.
