Korean startup Pullip Inc., which operates the AR-based plant customization platform ‘Naturally Natural,’ has attracted an undisclosed amount of seed investment from the Korea Investment Accelerator. Pullip plans to use this investment to advance its AR technology further and launch service.
Pullip is developing the ‘Plantailor’ service, an AR (augmented reality)-based plant customization platform. Plantailor is a premium plant & gardening online editing shop that recommends plants and pots that suit the user’s taste and allows users to combine and order them according to their taste.
The plant customization service is a function that allows users to create their plants and arrange virtual plants in their space. With this function, users can create their plants by selecting the plants, pots, and subsidiary materials they want and checking the size or arrangement through the AR viewer before purchasing. In addition, it operates its plant design brand ‘Naturally Natural’ and is collaborating with various brands and companies and plant interior design construction. The startup also has an offline showroom through Natural Re-Natural’s Seongsu-dong store.
