Korean startup Wanted Lab operates a referral recruitment platform that partners with the global collaboration platform Dropbox. The two companies announced that they plan to form an alliance with an independent software developer (ISV) and build a smart human resources management (HR) ecosystem.
HelloSign & Wanted Space to enhance HR work
Dropbox’s digital signature service HelloSign is linked to Wanted Lab’s HR solution Wanted Space. Users can now sign in and manage all at once by logging in to Wanted Space.
In particular, it can easily handle contracts and signatures required for employee recruitment and management. With the collaboration, manual tasks for printing, handwriting signatures, and scanning are eliminated, and there is no need to run other apps to perform signature tasks, improving the productivity and data management for HR personnel.
Wanted Lab and Dropbox expect this agreement to create synergy for both companies to create customers. Wanted Lab plans to accelerate its entry into the global HR SaaS market by linking with Dropbox. Dropbox plans to expand contact points with domestic corporate users through Wanted Lab, which has developed its presence in various businesses such as recruitment and HR solutions in the Korean market.
Director Junhyeok Kwon, who is in charge of Korean enterprise business and partner sales at Dropbox, said, “Starting with HelloSign’s digital signature technology, we will use Dropbox’s experience and technology that has led business innovation around the world to work closely with Wanted Lab,” he said.
Wanted Lab’s new business director Kim Se-hoon said, “Through digital transformation across industries, HR SaaS services that can safely manage HR data are attracting attention. We want to create a more convenient and smart HR ecosystem through collaboration with Dropbox. ” He said, “Wanted Space will become a global HR SaaS marketplace that leads digital innovation of companies through service security and stability as well as excellent interoperability with other services.”
