Neowiz announced the release schedule for its game, “Lies of P” through Summer Game Fest (SGF), a global game event held in the US. The demo version of the game was also released, marking the beginning of full-fledged preparations for its launch.
Summer Game Fest 2023 is an online game event hosted by Geoff Keighley, a Canadian game journalist the host of the Game Awards. The event was first held in 2020 when most game events were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a newly released trailer for Lies of P, Neowiz announced the game’s release date, demo release, and pre-order benefits. The video showcased various backgrounds and bosses in the game that had not been revealed so far as well as the main character P’s journey to confront them. The mysterious character Sophia will also make an appearance in a new costume and with new weapons. Players can also enjoy the game’s stunning battle scenes.
The demo is available now for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam until the 27th this month. Players can experience Chapter 1 and the new Chapter 2 as a sneak peek.
Lies of P will be released globally on September 19. A Neowiz representative said that the game is worth the wait, as the company is working to provide players with the best possible experience with improved quality. Lies of P began pre-orders on June 9.
