Content Apex NYC

In today’s borderless entertainment economy, global innovation thrives on collaboration—and this September, New York City becomes the nexus for a powerful East-meets-West exchange.

Content Apex NYC 2025, a high-impact business development initiative hosted by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) and global media powerhouse beSUCCESS, will bring a handpicked delegation of Korea’s most forward-thinking entertainment technology companies to the U.S.

Running from September 8–12, 2025, this tightly curated, one-week program offers an exceptional opportunity for U.S.-based content and media technology leaders—from streaming platforms and gaming studios to immersive media labs and AI innovators—to connect directly with Korea’s rapidly evolving digital entertainment ecosystem.

The program is designed to foster meaningful business dialogues, unlock co-development opportunities, and build bridges between Asia’s most dynamic content market and the creative capital of the U.S. East Coast.

Curated, Government-Backed, Innovation-Focused Delegation

Unlike traditional trade delegations, the Korean cohort is curated through a rigorous, two-stage government-led selection process, ensuring that only the most innovative and globally minded companies participate. The final roster—capped at 15 top-tier firms—will span a broad spectrum of the entertainment tech value chain, including:

  • AI-Powered Content Creation Platforms
  • Global Streaming and Platform Operators
  • Game and Real-Time Content Engine Companies
  • XR/AR/VR-Based Immersive Content Developers
  • Interactive Storytelling & Next-Gen IP Production Studios
  • Copyright & IP Distribution Platforms
  • Content Infrastructure and Creative Tool Developers

These companies are not simply attending to observe—they’re coming with concrete goals: to identify U.S. collaborators, explore local tech ecosystems, and forge strategic partnerships for global rollout, localization, and co-innovation.

Why NYC?

As home to iconic media giants like HBO, Spotify, NBCUniversal, and a vibrant mix of production houses, Broadway innovators, and AR/XR labs, New York is uniquely positioned as a convergence zone for technology and storytelling. The week-long program will include curated site visits, studio tours, expert panels, and facilitated one-on-one meetings designed to align Korean innovation with U.S. market needs.

“We’re not just bringing Korean companies to network—we’re creating the conditions for long-term business impact,” says a KOCCA spokesperson. “Each meeting, each connection, is designed to spark real collaboration.”

For New York-based companies, Content Apex NYC 2025 represents a direct line to Asia’s most influential content players—including creators and platforms behind the global K-pop, K-drama, and gaming phenomena. Participating U.S. firms will benefit from:

  • Government-Facilitated Introductions to vetted Korean partners
  • Market Access insights and potential distribution opportunities in Korea and greater Asia
  • Joint R&D and Tech Localization Opportunities
  • Cross-Cultural IP Development with Korea’s globally resonant entertainment formats
  • Brand Visibility in Korea’s $15B+ content economy
