Aiming for a technology-specific listing in 2025, Korean company Hills Robotics will soon initiate the IPO process with Samsung Securities. Established in 2018, the company has been crafting and marketing various robots such as the logistics robot “Lo-robot,” the guide robot “Hibot,” and the disinfection robot “Corobot.” These creations are built on their proprietary self-driving platform, SOLOMAN. The firm has had the honor of winning the CES Innovation Award for three successive years, starting in 2023. Moreover, Hills Robotics intends to secure supply contracts in Europe and the United States this year.
In April 2023, the company secured the privilege of supplying healthcare robots to the Massachusetts State Health Authority. As a result, it will distribute disinfection robots and transport robots to educational and medical establishments in Massachusetts for a period of six years via local procurement firms. The company also entered a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with AZ Group in Cambodia to export robots in May, broadening its robot exports to other Asian countries.

Located in Pangyo Techno Valley, Gyeonggi-do, Hills Robotics is a start-up company that has raised pre-series A funding and is currently pursuing series A funding.
