Korean startups Stipop and Veam to be part of Snap’s Yellow Accelerator Program 2020

Korean startups Stipop and Veam have been selected for the Snap Yellow Accelerator program 2020. The two startups are among the ten selected companies from across the world to be part of the third edition of the Yellow Accelerator Program run by Snap Inc. Stipop and Veam have been supported by  in Los Angeles, California, US, held in November 2019.

The chosen companies for the will participate in a 14-week program that will include mentorship from veterans and networking opportunities, creative office space in Los Angeles, USA. The startups will also receive $150,000 in equity investments to boost their products and services. Besides the two South Korean startups, startups from London, Mexico, Lithuania, and Los Angeles are also part of the program in 2020.

Stipop & Veam to get international exposure

Stipop is a Seoul-based startup that offers superior quality stickers with intuitive UI/UX. Stipop’s platform provides a chance to the user to share and sell the stickers, too, while maintaining the copyright on the design.

Veam is a chat-app developed by Jjalkey that allows users to utilize airdrop messenger technology. Users can search for images, photo-markup, or text inside the app itself and also create a chatroom.

Both the startups will get the opportunity to expand their network and learn from industry veterans in the USA as part of the program. Besides, they will also get office workspace in the USA for the period and get funding to utilize for research and expansion plans.

Snap Inc. & Yellow Accelerator Program

Snap Inc. in Santa Monica, USA based camera & social media company – that introduced the famous Snapchat App. The company now has three main products: Snapchat, Spectacles, and Bitmoji.

Yellow Accelerator Program is an initiative by Snap Inc. to support and encourage startups and creators who work for creating artistic mobile content that is futuristic and innovative. Through the program, Snap Inc. wants to provide tools to the startups for the growth of their businesses through various activities like mentorship, networking, workspace in the USA, and funding.
