Since its launch in 2019, Laundrygo has experienced a remarkable annual growth rate, with laundry orders increasing by over 85% each year. In the first quarter of this year alone, the number of orders surpassed 300,000, demonstrating the platform’s growing popularity among consumers.
An analysis of the laundry orders reveals interesting insights into customer preferences. Dry cleaning comprises the majority with a 55% share, followed by dress shirts at 24%. The outstanding performance of Lifegoeson Company is exemplified by the 37 billion won ($27 million) in consolidated sales recorded in 2022, marking the highest achievement within the mobile laundry industry. March 2023 witnessed a significant milestone as monthly sales surpassed 5 billion won ($3.7 million) for the first time, reaching an impressive 5.42 billion won ($4 million). This represented a remarkable 105% increase in sales compared to the same month of the previous year.

Lifegoeson has established itself as a leader in the laundry industry by creating the world’s largest B2C laundry infrastructure. Their range of services includes Laundrygo, the mobile laundry service; Laundrygo Repair, catering to repair needs; Laundry 24, an unmanned laundry solution; Laundrygo B2B, serving the hotel industry; and Laundry EPC, responsible for laundry industry design and procurement.
Plan to Offer Nationwide Service
Laundrygo, which celebrates its 5th service anniversary in 2024, announced its expansion strategy to five major cities in Korea. The app now provides dry cleaning, laundry services for everyday laundry including dress shirts, blankets, and sneakers, as well as repair and premium services through mobile. The feature is that through app ordering, collection at the customer’s door and laundry delivery are completed in one night.
Additionally, Laundrygo launched the ‘multi-night delivery’ service in 2023, which delivers laundry within up to 4 days and provides up to 20% discount. The laundry process, quality, and customer information for multi-night delivery are the same as midnight delivery, and this nationwide service provides exclusive multi-night delivery service depending on the region. CEO Cho Seong-woo aims to establish Laundrygo as a national service, promising reasonable rates and convenience beyond metropolitan areas. New customers enjoy perks like free collection/delivery and discounts on select services and plans.
