Korean proptech startup Zenerate was selected for the 2022 Korea AI Startup 100; an annual event hosted on October 19th by Korea Economic Daily (KED) and AI One Team (KT Corporation). The program selects high-performing startups that have the potential to be South Korea’s next unicorn.
This marks Zenerate’s first selection, and it is one of the youngest companies to be featured in the event. Zenerate was established in mid-2020 with a focus on maximizing returns on real estate through generative design and advanced AI price estimation. The proptech startup is headquartered in Los Angeles and Seoul, providing innovative AI solutions for the US and Korean real estate development industry. It already has over 40+ projects and has generated an average of 28% additional client returns.
Zenerate’s flagship product, the Zenerate™ App, can produce thousands of different solutions within a given site in less than 30 minutes. These solutions include various building massings and unit mixes/ layouts, all incorporated with deep financial analysis.
Zenerate’s selection for 2022 Korea AI Startup 100 also marked a new category of ‘proptech’ in the event, enabling aspirations for other proptech startups in South Korea to enroll in the coming years. “It’s an honor to be recognized as the first-ever proptech company selected in Korea AI Startup 100. We’ve worked hard to not only develop an amazing product but to help open the minds of the real estate development industry [in both Korea and the US] to a new way of work, utilizing artificial intelligence,” stated Zenerate CEO Benji Shin in regards to what this selection means for his company.
