Wayne Hills Bryant AI, the Korean AI startup that has developed an algorithm to convert text, voice automatically, and video-based data to images, has taken a step towards globalizing its technology and expanding its business with fresh bridge investment. Wayne Hills Bryant AI, formerly known as Wayne Hills Ventures, has attracted 2.6 billion won ($2.1 million) of bridge investment from ‘Shoruk Partners’, an Abu Dhabi fund in the Middle East, and ‘Vision Creator,’ a domestic investment company. The total accumulated investment attracted by the company is about 13.2 billion won ($11 million).
Wayne Hills Bryant AI is a startup in its third year of establishment. It is developing an algorithm for data image synthesis technology that automatically converts text, voice, and video-based data into images using Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine learning.
Startup to expand in Middle-East, Israel
Lee Soo-min, CEO of Wayne Hills Bryant AI, said, “The investment by Shoruk Partners was received to expand overseas services based on the Middle East and Israel. The investment by Vision Creator, a domestic investment company, was received for general YouTube influencer service in Korea.”
The startup had won Innovation Award at the CES2022 held early this year in Las Vegas. The company is also planning to enter the metaverse business with a technology that automatically 3D visualizes the space and person videos taken by users with their smartphones in real-time.
Lee Soo-min said, “We will actively seek markets and partners that can maximize synergy this year by upgrading the new virtual metaverse 3D automatic visualization technology to NFT models, etc., with meta-universe artificial intelligence (AI) image synthesis technology.” Wayne Hills is also expected to launch its IPO this year on KOSDAQ.
