It is a fact that a great sales call means more products ordered and more revenue. Hence, it is crucial to understand sales calls’ language and what makes calls convert to sales. There aren’t many efficient ways to track sales calls and analyse the data to understand any shortcomings or advantages. Korean startup VODA BI Inc. has developed a solution based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide mobile sales call data analysis.

Gauge, the customer reaction with sales, call analyses

VODA BI’s app is like an AI secretary service for mobile phone talks, especially for sales. The app analysis the call contents based on voice recognition and AI technology. The app VODA BI provides three important factors probability scoring, Business keywords, and recommended sales questions to customers as per BANTCQ (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline, Competition, Question) framework. The app provides business and salesperson the details of the real key messages from customers after their sales talk is over on the mobile phone. In this age, when most sales calls are happening through a mobile phone or digital medium, VODA BI’s analysis can help businesses gauge their customer’s sentiments towards products and services. It can also help companies improvise on their products and sales & marketing strategy.

Launch in the Korean market, plan to expand globally

VODA BI is still in Beta mode and will be offered to 100 users in South Korea to begin in October and then to 1000 users in the coming months. The startup’s revenue model is to have a free version, a premium version worth $10 per month, and a business version worth $ 20 per month. The company wants to globalise the app by 2022 by entering the American, Australian, Singapore, and Canada markets. VODA BI has got investment from ETRI Holdings and is a pre-acknowledged company by Korea government institutes, ETRI. (ETRI is an ICT institute which spends yearly 1 billion budget). The startup wants to attract more investment that will be used to English version development, design, data analysis, and general management purposes.
