Finding professionals, consultants for various IT projects can be a daunting process for businesses, but a community platform like “RUFREE” can match professionals with businesses. Started by Korean startup Seeso, RUFREE provides a new type of outsourcing service using a project collaborative management solution that helps clients efficiently manage and utilize professional resources outside companies.
Providing ‘online-based remote Team’ service
RUFREE is a useful platform for both field experts and IT companies to connect with suitable candidates and jobs directly. It is for professionals who are keen to start a new project and to work off-site more effectively. Seeso breaks the traditional way of matching professionals of existing outsourcing market places and has been developing a professional matching solution by utilizing data from projects along with the project collaborative management solution for seamless completion of projects.
RUFREE community has professionals in the age group 20 to 40 years who are managers, designers, developers, etc. The RUFREE pool of over 200,000 human resources can be an excellent resource for startups, small businesses looking for collaborations. The platform has about 9000 projects annually for professionals to pitch for.
Opened for IT companies; aim to expand to other fields
Seeso has started the platform with IT outsourcing based on freelancers and experts, and the company has plans to advance with other fields like education, head-hunting, turnover, etc. RUFREE’s revenue model is charge based on sprints ongoing in project and service charge on fees for the matching professionals. Seeso’s team includes highly experienced project managers from startup, SI, and enterprise. The company’s goal is to provide a platform for the millennial workers to achieve economic freedom of owning the “work” over traditional market place recruitment.
Seeso is participating in the third edition of the “TIPS X beSUCCESS Korean startup showcase” to be held online on September 23-24, 2020. TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for startup Korea) is South Korean government-backed incubator, and beSUCCESS is Korea’s leading startup media company. The highly successful first two editions of the startup showcase were held in San Francisco and Palo Alto.
