The spread of COVID-19 across the world has pulled the world economy down to recession and uncertain times. The job market looks grim, with many job cuts and not many new jobs generating. In such testing times, a tech startup headquartered in South Korea – Rezi has come forward to offer its Resume Software service for free.

AI-powered resume to get better chances at recruitment

Rezi is an AI-powered resume service platform for job seekers. It offers services like resume writing, cover letter writing, consultation opportunities, and job guidance. The startup helps job seekers to create smart resumes that can optimize their chances to get the job through the Application Tracking Systems. The Application Tracking Systems files job applications automatically based on criteria as skills, experience, employment history, education.

The key features of the Rezi platform are that it offers automatic formatting of content for a neat look, gives real-time keyword suggestions and content analysis for better chances for getting a particular job, and offers resume education videos to improvise writing and presentation skills. Rezi offers a Free account for all users, and its Rezi-Pro services come at a nominal price of $39 per month. For the latest offer for COVID-19 times, Rezi recommends the user to create a free Rezi account and then send email details to the Rezi team, which will upgrade the account automatically for free.

A perfect platform for global job seekers

Rezi was started in 2015 by a group of graduates led by the CEO Jacob Jacquet. The group felt the need for having ‘hireable resumes’ for graduate job seekers, and they developed the software that can optimize the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and create hireable resumes. Rezi started as a simple resume template platform and has now become a leading platform for Korean seeking global careers and for global users across the world. It is has registered more than 21,000 users in November 2019 and adding more in 2020.

Last year Rezi partnered with JobKorea, a leading employment company in South Korea, to support the increasing number of English speaking job seekers. All of JobKorea’s 1.5 million job seekers have free access to Rezi’s leading resume technology, including AI-powered keyword targeting, real-time content analysis, a free resume review, and more.

Rezi has also partnered with StackCommerce to sell subscriptions of Rezi Pro in North America. Since January 1st, StackCommerce has sold over 2,349 subscriptions. Rezi has raised a total of 63 million won (about $50,000) of funding over four rounds from three investors that is K-Startup Grand Challenge, Seoul Global Startup Challenge, and Seoul Metropolitan Government.
