Just place your fingers and know your body measures
ONESOFTDIGM’s Fitrus Plus measures seven health data like body water, muscle mass, heart rate, body fat, basal metabolic rate, forehead temperature, step counts, and stress level. The IoT-Based pocket-size device Fitrus weighs only 45 gm and can be connected with a smartphone app to easily get all the readings. The device is made of smart sensors and OLED display. It is simple to use Fitrus Plus by downloading the app from Google Play or Apple App store and inserting information like height, weight, gender, and age. Then pinch the 4 electrodes on the device with both thumbs and index finger for body composition and positioning the round sensor about 5cm close to the forehead to measure body temperature. The results will appear on the Fitrus App. Fitrus uses Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition, body fat, skeletal muscle mass, body mass index, and basal metabolic rate. Fitrus plus is priced at $165 and comes with USB charger and user manual.
ONESOFTDIGM also has Fitrus A, which is more of a goal-setting device for exercise and fitness. It measures the same health indices as Fitrus plus is more directed towards those who want to set goals for exercise and monitor changes in the body based on body fat and muscles.
