Korean blockchain-based global electronic contract platform FirmaChain announced its partnership with China’s blockchain information community, ‘Ourea Distributed Community (无涯社区)’ to invigorate blockchain-based E-contracts.

The main purpose of this partnership is to accelerate the use of blockchain technology-based e-contract service. To do so, Ourea Distributed Community will utilize FirmaChain’s e-contract solution.

Ourea Distributed Community is a community that distributes stories of blockchain technology-related persons whom share knowledge and value creation methods of blockchain technology. Ourea Distributed Community is an OG(Ourea Group) affiliated community from China, in which OG consists of three main ecosystems including not only Ourea Distributed Community, but also DfinityFun (果壳宇宙) and OG incubator.

DfinityFun is a Chinese community of founders and developers, formed with its purpose to build Dfinity-based hub and to foster open software. OG incubator has participated in a number of projects related to initial incubation and partnership.

Young Yoon, CEO of FirmaChain said, “There have been calls from both home and abroad about the use of DONUE ever since the soft launch, so closing a partnership with China’s blockchain information community is very encouraging” also “FirmaChain will continue to work hard and raise its awareness internationally.”

FirmaChain Overview

FirmaChain seeks to replace all written contracts governing social and legal issues through the use of an electronic contract platform based on FirmaChain’s data blockchain. Since traditional written and electronic documents are easy to forge, and the verification procedures are complicated, the decentralization of blockchain is used to solve the problem.

FirmaChain can check the validity of the contract through its hash function that can be verified in an independent node. This verification process can be used as a means to resolve legal disputes. Blockchain is an effective technology that eliminates the risk of forgery of such documents, which is applied to FirmaChain’s blockchain technology-applied electronic contract solution, DONUE.
