Chungdahm MEDIA (CEO Kwang-jae Lee) CeREELs’ IP “Expressway” and “Trump Cards” NFTs sold out on July 23rd and 25th on Klip Drops. NFTs minted on the 25th sold out in just three minutes after it released, showing the power of a diverse short-form IP library.
Chungdahm Media CeREELs produces IP based on short-form content that is uploaded to YouTube for the global market. Along with their global fandom, they have also expanded by developing transmedia IP through global publishers such as Scholastic book licensing, The Sandbox Metaverse partnership, music OST releases, and NFT minting.
The sold out CeREELs NFT minted a total of 15 works from two of their original IP. Expressway is a series about two friends going on a cross-country road trip and Trump Cards tells a story of a girl from Daegu who happens to receive a set of magical Trump Cards.
Kwang-jae Lee, the CEO of ChungDahm Media, said, “We aim for artistic completeness in our CeREELs IP’s. With our short-form format and original story and characters, we offer a variety in content and collection value which helped us sell out our NFTs.”
In addition, CeREELs licnesed books in collaboration with global publisher Scholastic, will be published in 16 countries in the second half of this year, and it is also considering providing them as utilities to newly planned NFT works in the future.
Meanwhile, CeREELs has achieved 200,000 subscribers and more than 70 million views on their YouTube channel, with 70 % of subscribers within the 13 to 34 MZ generation age range.
