Seller Hub is an integrated platform for selling on multiple e-commerce sites.

The e-commerce industry in South Korea is flourishing with steady accelerated growth. Positive support from the government, strong industrial base, fast internet network, high-income customer base and, quick shipping services are some of the reasons behind the e-commerce growth. In 2020, COVID-19 caused restrictions also gave an impetus to the e-commerce industry.

Korean startup giants like Coupang, TMON, Market Kurly, etc., are gaining stronger ground in the e-commerce world. Many small sellers and merchants are trying to sell products on these multiple platforms. For such sellers and traders, Korean startup Seller Hub has put up an integrated sales platform that provides shopping mall solutions.

Integrated Mall Service for Retailers, Wholesalers

Seller Hub’s platform helps the products to be exposed and sold in multiple open markets and general malls. The startup also offers logistics services to open a market advertising agency. Seller Hub’s integrated management service for shopping malls helps sellers focus on sales as they have to enter their goods in one place. Sellerhub manages all online distribution channels through its platform that opens up individual entry to 36 shopping malls, including general malls, open markets, specialized malls, and welfare malls. The products sold through Seller Hub range from Fashion, Accessories, Beauty products, baby products, pet products, food and beverages, home appliances, furniture, etc.

For an online seller, Seller Hub is an easy way to grow revenues and sales. They do not have to worry about signing up on every e-commerce website and can bypass challenges about getting approval to sell on particular e-commerce sites. With Seller Hub, the seller doesn’t need to upload and manage products individually at each e-commerce site and can manage customer orders, queries, payments in one place. Seller Hub’s platform helps sellers sell on Coupang, Naver, Auction, 11Street, Kakao, TMOn, etc., through one sign-in.

Aspiring to build an e-commerce ecosystem

The platform now has over 1.9 million stock-keeping units (SKU) and over 26,897 sellers. Seller Hub’s average rating is 4.2 stars. “At 65% revenue growth YoY, Seller Hub was easy and convenient to sell online at all available channels. The service(company) also offers photoshoot and shipping services so that we can focus only on product upload,” said Sieg Fahrenheit, retailer for Men’s clothing and member of Seller Hub.

Established in 2012, Seller Hub is one of its kind online seller’s integrated selling platform in Korea by GMV (Gross merchandise value). The startup’s motive is to help all types of sellers – wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, and small to medium businesses. Seller Hub has a dedicated team that works to make selling easier for retailers. Seller Hub’s CEO is “Andrew” Yeon Jin Chu, who has over 16 years of experience in the e-commerce industry and has worked with firms like Home Depot HQ / Zappos. The startup wants to establish a mini e-commerce ecosystem through service expansion and integrate more than 50,000 stores into the platform.
